1.
I look back over what we had. I look back over what we could have been. I look back on the love we shared. I look back and I'm trying to be a better man.

2. Homes 02:31
Rains have fallen, and rains have fled, but I'll keep waiting for you; waiting for your call, waiting for your care. Though this day brightens, I see no hope, I hear no voice, I see no one. I can't keep walking this world alone; I need you by my side. And what you said to me, I've kept close all of these years; "a life of love is a life I should lead". But, a life of love is far from me. The realisation sinks in; you're not coming home tonight, you're not coming back for me.
3.
Day by day, I'm longing to see you. My hands are tied, my hopes are surrendered. Our plans in ruins, being sown all about you. Is this all that we're called to do? To live, to love, to die unremembered? But I refuse to allow myself to sink inside your misery. I will find a greater comfort in my own decrees. I'll live a life that's free from you and your selfish ambitions, it seems that looking back just makes more wasted time. Wasted time.

4. Regrets 02:39
He walks alone, shoulders weighed down in his endless pain. He hope for more, more than this life has given him. Lungs filled with regret; hands weighed down in guilt. He longs to be freed, he longs to break free. He won't take a stand, he won't walk away. He's stuck in this endless cycle, he's stuck in his endless pain. My lungs are filled with regret, my heart is filled with regret.
5.
We've built this family, raised hope from ash alone. Destruction holds no dismay for me any more. If you would turn to me, I'd show you everything. Show you a life with no containers. As my time slips away, as my life fades to grey, as the seasons change I will listen. How do I know if you'll let me fall? Please this once; I don't want to be caught. And I'm sorry for falling short every single time, and I'm sorry I couldn't be everything that you'd hoped of me, oh no. And I don't know if these thoughts, that I'm thinking, are my own any more. And I don't know if this life, that I'm living, is my own any more.
